© 2026 autogovern.io. The Xodexa Humanoid Index methodology and its written explanation, the computed XHI scores themselves, the site design, and all original text on the Site (excluding third-party material described below) are the property of autogovern.io and are protected by copyright. You may quote, cite, and link to this material with attribution back to the Site; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Third-party material

The specifications, facts, and images we display about specific robots and companies come from — and remain the property of — the third parties we cite. Every robot page lists its sources, and each individual robot page carries a "photo source" link crediting where its main photo was found. We do not claim ownership of any third-party image, logo, or company/product name.

We display this material for factual reporting, comparison, and commentary — a humanoid-robot benchmark necessarily needs to identify and illustrate the robots it scores. We make a good-faith effort to attribute every fact and image to its source and to use no more of any third party's material than needed for that identification purpose. If you are a rights holder and believe we've gotten the balance wrong for a specific item, see below.

Requesting a correction or takedown

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on one's behalf) and believe material on the Site — most commonly, a linked photo — infringes your rights or is used beyond what a fair, attributed citation calls for, contact us at governance@autogovern.io with:

  • Identification of the specific page and material (a URL is best);
  • Your contact information;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf, and your signature (physical or electronic).

We will review requests promptly and remove or correct the material where warranted. Corrections made through our standard dataset research/review process are documented on our public Changelog; a direct takedown fix may not always appear there. If we decline a request, we will explain why; if you believe a request was made in error or bad faith, you may send us a counter-notice with your basis for that belief.
