Our marks
"Humanoid Benchmark," "Xodexa," "Xodexa Humanoid Index," "XHI," and the Site's logo are trademarks or trade names of autogovern.io, whether or not they appear with a ™ or ® symbol on any given page. You may reference them to link to or cite the Site, but you may not use them to imply that your product, service, or publication is affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by us without our prior written permission.
Third-party marks
Every company name, product name, and robot name appearing on the Site — for example, the manufacturers and robots listed on our Companies and Leaderboard pages — is a trademark, registered trademark, or trade name of its respective owner. Any logos or product images we display are likewise the property of their respective owners, credited via the source link on each item.
We use these names, marks, and images solely to identify and factually describe the robots and companies we independently research and score — a standard "nominative fair use" that doesn't require the mark owner's permission because there's no other practical way to refer to a specific company's specific robot.
No affiliation or endorsement
The Site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the companies or robots it covers. Xodexa Humanoid Index scores, rankings, and commentary are our own independent analysis based on publicly available information, not a statement from — or agreed to by — any company named on the Site.
